Conveniently view and manage all of your scheduled content in the mobile Planner . Fill gaps in your content calendar right from the Planner view by tapping an empty time slot in your day, and then tapping Compose a new post.
To view scheduled messages
Tap the main menu in the top-left corner, and then tap Planner .
Tap the date in the top-left corner to select a day, and see an overview of what’s scheduled for that day across all of your social networks. Tap a post to view it in full, and to see who scheduled the post. Swipe left or right on the calendar to view the previous or next day’s scheduled posts.
The scheduled content visible in this view is dependent on the organization selected in your app settings. If you belong to more than one organization, ensure the correct one is selected to view content for specific social networks.
To view all your scheduled messages in a list view, filtered by social network instead of by day, tap Show Scheduled in the top-right corner. Tap the arrow to select the profile(s) you want to display, and then tap it again to close.
To edit a scheduled message
- Tap the main menu in the top-left corner.
- Tap Planner .
- Locate the scheduled message in the daily or list view, and then tap to open it.
- Tap Edit .
- Make changes to the post, tap Next, and then tap to Save your changes, or Send Now.
To delete a scheduled message
Deleted messages cannot be retrieved.
From the daily Planner view, tap the post to open it, tap more in the top-right corner, and then tap Delete.
From the Show Scheduled list view, tap the post to open it, and then tap Delete at the bottom of the post.
