Hootsuite Pro, Professional and Team offer the flexibility of monthly or annual billing.
A monthly billed plan can be changed to an annually billed plan at any time. Your monthly billing date will become your annual billing date.
Subscription add-ons are invoiced and charged pro rata (from the sign up date until the end of your monthly or annual commitment).
While an annually billed plan is a one-year commitment, you have the option to switch to monthly billing as your one-year commitment comes to an end.
Important: On day 366 (the first day after your annual plan has ended), your account will auto-renew to annual billing unless another option has been selected. To confirm your next billing date, check the end of the paid period listed on your last invoice. Make account changes before then to avoid unwanted charges.
To switch to monthly or annual billing
- Click your profile picture ( by default) in the top-right corner of the dashboard, and then select Billing & Plan Changes.
- Under Billing Cycle, click Annual or Monthly.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
