The Hootsuite 30-day trial gives you access to all the benefits of the Hootsuite Professional or Team plan for 30 days for free. Billing information is required to register for a trial.
Note that only one trial is available for either the Professional or the Team plan. You can change from one plan to the other during this 30-day period but the trial will not restart. Attempting to register for additional free trials will upgrade your plan (without the free trial). You can always view your billing history from your Hootsuite dashboard.
Hootsuite free trials transition to Hootsuite subscription accounts (billed monthly or annually depending on your selection when you registered for the trial) when your 30-day trial is complete. Accounts are billed at the beginning of a billing cycle, ensure a smooth transition by keeping your billing information up-to-date. To avoid unwanted charges, downgrade your account before your 30-day free trial expires.
To upgrade your Hootsuite account
- Click Upgrade my plan, in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
- Click Upgrade now on the new plan type you want to upgrade to.
- If applicable: Update your billing information, or select Monthly or Annual billing.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Upgrade My Account.
