Update your payment information

  

Keeping your payment information up-to-date helps to ensure your account stays active. Accounts with billable services and outdated payment information are downgraded to "Free" plan accounts (paid features become unavailable) until payment information is updated and overdue balances can be settled.

Update your payment information

  1. Sign in to Hootsuite.
  2. Go to My profile , and then select Account settings, preferences, and billing.

  3. Select Billing, and then select Update billing information.
  4. You can change your payment information or re-attempt payment of an outstanding balance:
    • To update your payment information, select Change, update your payment information, and then select Save Changes.
    • If you have an outstanding balance, a Re-attempt payment option is available. Update your payment information and select Re-attempt payment.
