Keeping your billing information up-to-date helps to ensure your account stays active. Accounts with billable services but dated billing information can enter a dunning state. This is when an account becomes temporarily deactivated until billing information is updated and overdue balances can be settled.
Update your billing information
- Sign in to Hootsuite.
- Go to My profile , and then select Account settings, preferences, and billing.
- Select Billing, and then select Update billing information.
- Select Change.
- Update your billing information, and then select Save Changes.
