Cancel your Hootsuite account

Before cancelling your account, ensure any overdue balances are settled by updating your billing information. Accounts with overdue balances will be suspended after 15 days and cannot be cancelled until the balance is settled.

If you are the super admin of an organization, or the organization was created in your account, you will need to delete it before cancelling can continue. Deleted organizations cannot be retrieved, organization members will be removed from all collaboration access, and all organization content including teams, social networks, scheduled content and vanity URLs will be lost.
