Enterprise customers can add a layer of security to their social networks by making them secure profiles. Enabling this feature prevents publishing posts to the social network by accident. Any time someone schedules or sends a post to the social network they will be required to confirm their intent to publish.
Plans: Enterprise only
Organization super admins, admins, and advanced social network permissions can enable secure profiles.
To enable or disable a secure profile
- Select your profile picture ( by default) in the top right, and then select Manage under the organization name.
- Under Private Social Networks, hover your mouse over the social network, select the gear icon , and then select Settings. Or, select Social Networks under the organization name, select the social network from the list on the left, and then select the Profile Settings tab.
- Under Security, add or remove a checkmark. A checked box means the feature is enabled.
