Use a content library template

Simplify publishing with pre-approved templates from your organization's content library. Customize templates to make them your own while following your brand's style. You need to be a team member with access to the team's content library to use templates.

You can select a predrafted, pre-approved post template from a content library and use it to publish a post right away or schedule it for a specific day and time.

Plans: Business and Enterprise

Create a post from a content library template

  1. Go to Composer, and then select Content library template. Your content library opens.
The Composer menu, with Content library template highlighted.
  2. Choose Messages in the top right to display only templates.
  3. Select a template, and then select Compose at the top of the content library. This lets you start your post with all of the template elements prepopulated in it. Templates with links will always contain the full link, so consider adding a shortener before publishing or scheduling the post. Learn how to shorten and track links.
