Use a content library template

Simplify publishing with pre-approved templates from your organization's content library. Customize templates to make them your own while following your brand's style. You need to be a team member with access to the team's content library to use templates.

You can select a predrafted, pre-approved post template from a content library and use it to publish a post right away or schedule it for a specific day and time.

To learn more, see Use assets from a content library.

Create a post from a content library template

  1. Point to Composer, and then select Content library template. Your content library opens.
The Composer menu, with Content library template highlighted.
  2. Choose Messages in the top right to display only templates.
  3. Select a template, and then select Compose at the top of the content library. Composer opens with all the template elements prepopulated in the post. Templates with links will always contain the full link, so consider adding a shortener before publishing or scheduling the post. See Shorten and track links for more information.
