Export your content calendar

You can export your content calendar (including scheduled drafts) as a PDF or CSV file for quick sharing with stakeholders who don't use Hootsuite. For easy collaboration on your social content calendar, you can filter export data by date, social account, post status, and campaign.

CSV export files include detailed information for each post published through Hootsuite, including author, type of media attached, links to attached media, approval history, and internal team comments (author, date, comment text). PDF export files include information for posts both published through Hootsuite and via social accounts.

This article describes the new Social OS experience. If you haven't switched yet, select the Classic tab for instructions. Learn more about the Social OS experience.
