Manage scheduled posts in the Hootsuite mobile app

View and manage all of your scheduled social media content with the Hootsuite mobile app. You can double-check your scheduled posts in Publisher before they get published, and easily make edits or delete posts as needed. The default view in Publisher shows a list of all scheduled posts for all of your social accounts. Select the Social accounts filter to narrow down the list.

The scheduled content visible in the Publisher is dependent on the organization selected in your app settings (see Set preferences in the Hootsuite mobile app ). If you belong to more than one organization, ensure the correct one is selected to view content for specific social accounts.

You can also select the calendar view in the top right, and then select a date in the top-left corner to view scheduled posts by day. Swipe left or right to view the previous or next day’s scheduled posts. Select a post to view it in full, and to see who scheduled it.

Select an empty time slot in your day, and then select Create/compose a new post to easily compose new content right from the Publisher.

Note: Posts that were published immediately (not scheduled) are not visible in Publisher.

Edit a scheduled post

  1. Select Publisher.
  2. Locate the post in the list or calendar view, and then select to open it.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Make changes to the post, and then select Save in the top right.

Delete a scheduled post

Deleted posts cannot be retrieved.

  1. Select Publisher.
  2. Locate the post in the list or calendar view, and then select to open it.
  3. Select More (3 dots) in the top right, and then select Delete.
  4. Select Delete again to confirm.
