Hootsuite Academy is asking me to pay, what should I do?

The Hootsuite Academy Student Program provides free access to Hootsuite Academy courses, Hootsuite Platform Certification ($99 value), and Social Marketing Certification ($199 value).

Your professor sent you instructions to set up your Hootsuite Student Program Participant account. Once you set up your account, you'll receive a coupon code for Hootsuite Academy. To remove a charge request, apply that coupon code when you register for an Academy course. If you need help, please reach out to studentprogram@hootsuite.com.

Is my login the same for Hootsuite Academy and Hootsuite?

Yes. When you sign in to Hootsuite Academy for the first time, you're prompted to create a Hootsuite account. This account provides access to Academy.
