Connect an Adobe Analytics account to Impact

You can use Adobe Analytics with Impact to measure the results of your social campaigns across multiple accounts. For example, you can track how a specific post is performing, from how many people have seen it to how many have interacted with it to how many have clicked to visit your website.

Plans: Enterprise customers with Hootsuite Impact.

Note: Adobe Analytics is available to Hootsuite Impact customers at an additional cost. Watch the video How to Use Adobe Analytics and Hootsuite Impact to learn more about the benefits of using Adobe Analytics with Hootsuite Impact. Adobe Analytics is not available with the Hootsuite Impact Starter subscription.

Before you begin

Make sure you have developer access for the correct product profile in the Adobe Developer console. For information on how to add and manage developers, see the Adobe help article Add developers to one or more product profiles for a single product.

Next, you need to authenticate using Adobe’s service account (JWT) integration and generate a private key and an access token to connect your Adobe Analytics account to Impact.

  1. Go to your Adobe Developer Console account, create a new project, then add Adobe Analytics service as an API.
  2. Select to authenticate using Service Account (JWT), generate your private key, and then use it to generate a JWT access token. For more information, see the Adobe Developer Console help article Add API to project using Service Account (JWT).
