Impact Starter is our entry-level product built for users who need to view their paid and organic content in one place. It does not have all of the same modules as Impact. Impact Starter includes the My Analytics, Browse Content, and Filter Content modules.

My Analytics is a visual dashboard that lets you graph your social data in different ways. Create tiles that display charts, tables, or KPI summaries. Compare metrics across different social profiles and platforms in the same graph.

Assign a value to each metric that is important to your business, and then identify the activity that is influencing your ROI. Analyze the performance of each of your profiles, or get a summary of social performance overall. Discover what drives your numbers, and then optimize your content strategy accordingly.

The Insights module is like your very own data scientist. It analyzes your social activity per profile and translates trends in data into full sentence explanations you can easily understand.
Based on your ROI goals, the Recommendations module provides suggestions for optimizing your social strategy. Experiment with your content and strategy, and then use Recommendations to identify what performs best.
Dive into detailed campaign analysis in the Browse Content module. Filter your content into specific segments to discover how different content is performing. See detailed per-post metrics, and sort all your content by the metrics that matter to you. Save filters for regular use, and use them in Filter Content to generate reports on those content segments.
