HootSuite allows you to promote an assignment to Zendesk.

Here's how:

• Click the Launch Bar, then select Assignments. On the far left side of an assignment, there is an arrow pointing down. Click this arrow to reveal more options.

• To promote an assignment to Zendesk, click the Zendesk button. A window will then pop up with a title that says "Select a profile". From here, select which social profile you'd like to associate with the Zendesk ticket.
