Here is a list of common domains and email addresses that you will want to whitelist because they could get filtered as junk or trash.

Whitelisting is when you create a list of domains and email addresses that you tell your email filter are safe. This means that once these names are whitelisted they will be received by your inbox. 

Because each email provider is different, you will need to visiting your email website or contact your email provider if you require assistance setting this up. 

Domains and email addresses to whitelist

• Auto emails such as 'Assignment' notifications: no-reply@hootsuite.com.
• Auto emails such as weekly Analytics reports: o1.hootmail.hootsuite.com. 
• Dashboard: http://www.hootsuite.com.
• Newsletters, HSU updates, etc.: mailinglist.hootsuite.com. 
• Not receiving our invoices: no-reply@hootsuite.com. 
• Secure mode/billing pages, etc.: https://www.hootsuite.com. 
• Uploading images and shortened links: ow.ly (Also ht.ly if that is the shortener they prefer). 
• Updates to Help Desk emails: notifications-support@hootsuite.zendesk.com.
