On HootSuite's homepage, click the "Sign up now" button. You will then be directed to HootSuite's sign-up page. Enter the pertinent information in the required fields, then click "Create Account".

You will then receive an email from HootSuite informing you that your account has been created. Click the link that says, "Confirm my account!" to confirm your account.

Alternately, you can confirm you account by copying the confirmation code in your email, then pasting it in the confirmation field when you log in. Click the "Confirm" button to complete the confirmation process.
