How to Create an Archive

Archives allow you to save a history of your Keyword searches. These steps will show you how to create an archive in HootSuite.

 

       1. Select Settings > Archives from the Launch Bar on the left

       2. Select the Plus Icon to create a new Archive

       3. Enter the Keyword you want to archive

       4. Select the Archive owner

       5. Select Create Archive

NOTES:

  • Archives work like a hard drive. Once your archive is full, you will need to export the old messages in order to archive new ones.
  • With a Pro account you receive 100 archived messages. You can add additional archiving space at HootSuite.com/billing
  • Pricing is  $10 for 10,000 messages, and $50 for 100,000 messages.
