Violations and Abuse

If you are concerned about or would like to report a violation or instance of abuse, please read the following:

As per HootSuite's Terms of Service:

Abuse is defined as:

  • Any verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any HootSuite Media customer, employee, member or officer.
  • The transmission of any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Spam is defined as:

  • The use of electronic messaging systems to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately.
  • The uploading of, posting, hosting or transmitting unsolicited email, SMSs, or "spam" messages.

We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service. If any instances of a violation of our Terms of Service are found, this will result in an immediate termination of the users account.
